Local-first AI workspace for infrastructure operations and the SDLC lifecycle

Nov 1337 Labs, Inc. builds Clanker Cloud, an AI Workspace for infrastructure operations and the SDLC lifecycle.

Clanker Cloud connects cloud providers, Kubernetes clusters, GitHub, CI/CD, observability, cost signals, docs, tickets, and MCP-capable agents into one local-first desktop workspace where humans and AI agents can ask questions, inspect live context, review plans, and approve execution. It is built on our open-source Clanker CLI, and as we grow, Clanker Cloud will move toward becoming a neocloud for approved infrastructure, AI, and agent workloads.

Product

Our product: Clanker Cloud

Clanker Cloud is a local-first AI Workspace for infrastructure operations and the SDLC lifecycle. It is a desktop app that lets teams ask plain-English questions about live environments, inspect topology and cost signals, review change plans, and explicitly approve execution from one operating surface.

  • Ask live infrastructure questions across cloud and Kubernetes
  • Inspect topology, dependencies, exposure, and runtime context
  • Analyze logs, deployments, cost signals, databases, and incidents
  • Keep credentials local with BYO AI keys and review-first execution
  • Expose a local MCP workspace for Codex, Claude Code, OpenClaw, Hermes, and custom agents
  • Support AWS, GCP, Azure, Tencent Cloud, Kubernetes, Cloudflare, GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, Railway, Fly.io, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Verda, Sentry, Datadog, and BYOK model providers
Open source

Clanker CLI is our open-source infrastructure agent.

Clanker CLI is the open-source foundation behind Clanker Cloud. It gives operators and agentic coding tools a local command surface for infrastructure context, cloud inspection, Kubernetes workflows, and production-aware debugging.

  • Local-first by default Run infrastructure workflows from your machine while keeping cloud credentials and approval decisions under operator control.
  • Built for agent workflows Expose infrastructure context to tools like Codex, Claude Code, OpenClaw, Hermes, and custom MCP-capable agents.
  • Open development path Clanker Cloud extends the CLI into a desktop workspace, while the CLI remains a public project for builders who want to inspect, automate, and debug from the terminal.
Infrastructure

How we use Google Cloud and AI

Nov 1337 Labs plans to use Google Cloud to run AI and infrastructure automation workloads for Clanker Cloud, including agent orchestration, telemetry processing, secure workload execution, customer workspaces, and AI-assisted infrastructure workflows. The core Clanker Cloud workflow remains local-first: customer cloud credentials, model keys, and production approvals stay under operator control. We plan to evaluate Gemini and Vertex AI for infrastructure reasoning, log and cost analysis, remediation planning, Deep Research-style infrastructure scans, and agentic workflow generation.

Services and research

FDE services, evals, and neocloud

Nov 1337 Labs also provides FDE services for teams that need hands-on help fixing, stabilizing, and improving infrastructure. We work directly with teams on cloud, Kubernetes, deployment, cost, reliability, and AI infrastructure problems while using those lessons to improve Clanker Cloud.

  • FDE services Hands-on infrastructure investigation, remediation, rollout support, cost reduction, reliability work, and production hardening.
  • Frontier model evals Systems engineering workflow evals for frontier models, including cloud topology reasoning, Kubernetes incidents, deployment risk, logs, cost, remediation planning, and agentic execution.
  • Clanker Cloud neocloud We plan to build a neocloud for Clanker Cloud so teams can run approved infrastructure, AI, and agent workloads on a managed compute layer connected to the local-first workspace.
